baby steps alright. i used to do approx. 30 times 1 lap. now i can jump 100 times 1 lap. 1000 jumps in a day. though, i stopped every 1 lap. i’m not supposed to. i’m supposed to do fast pace and slow pace without stopping. my stamina ain’t that good yet. it’s improving. out of the sudden, i have the determination to look good. i’ve been rope skipping everyday now. it’s like my daily routine. if i miss it, i’ll feel weird. it’s slow to burn those stubborn fats but i’m not going to give up. it’s all about looking good and feeling healthy. wish me luck.
